Fixed Pier

This first shown project, located in the Town of Southampton, adhered to the Southampton Trustees' regulations, which prohibit the use of treated lumber within 10 yards of any water. To meet these requirements, we utilized greenheart piles and greenheart framing, known for their exceptional durability and eco-friendliness.

This second shown project involved constructing a fixed pier with CCA framing and flow-through decking, meeting the town's environmental requirements to allow sunlight to penetrate and support the underlying wetlands. This sustainable decking choice ensures minimal ecological impact while maintaining durability and functionality.
