Premium Waterfront Construction

This project, located in the Town of Southampton, adhered to the Southampton Trustees' regulations, which prohibit the use of treated lumber within 10 yards of any water. To meet these requirements, we utilized greenheart piles and greenheart framing, known for their exceptional durability and eco-friendliness.

For the decking, many of our Eastern Long Island clients prefer premium materials like ipe or mahogany, which not only ensure longevity but also showcase stunning natural colors that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the structure.

The cross braces were constructed with 2x10 boards and secured using galvanized timber bolts, ensuring long-term structural integrity. Using our state-of-the-art barge, we installed all piles to precise depths, perfectly plumb, to guarantee maximum stability and reliability.
