Fixed Pier and Floating Dock

This project involved constructing a fixed pier with CCA framing and flow-through decking, meeting the town's environmental requirements to allow sunlight to penetrate and support the underlying wetlands. This sustainable decking choice ensures minimal ecological impact while maintaining durability and functionality.

The pier features a TimberTech railing system with 6x6 post lights for enhanced safety and aesthetics. A custom aluminum gangway connects the pier to an 8x20-foot floating dock, securely anchored with four 10-inch butt piles.

We installed four mooring piles to accommodate a 24-foot Great White and a 50-foot catamaran. The boats have access to electricity and water utilities, which were efficiently routed beneath the fixed pier for a clean, seamless appearance.
